1 Samuel 12

Towards the end of Samuel's life, he gave a famous speech - a kind of farewell speech.  In it, he reminds the nation of 'things they ought not to forget'.  One of his most important points has to do with a crucial responsibility both the nation and their new king (Saul) share in common - both have an obligation to obey the will of the LORD.  Even the king, who is in authority, has a responsibility to live under the authority of their God.  Do you think that holds true of Canada's government and new PM?
