The account of the feeding of the 5,000 offers us a glimpse into the principles Jesus used in the making of disciples. These are principles that Christ-followers today must continue to learn and practice. The world-changing difference was not the miracle of 5,000+ fed for a day, but rather the process by which a few bystanders would be transformed into disciples equipped to take the Bread of Life to all the world.
