  and him who dishonors you I will curse\, and in you all the families of t
 he earth shall be blessed.” (Genesis 12:1-3)\nAfter dispersing humanity\
 , Genesis turns to the central story of the Bible: God pursuing the creati
 on that rejected him. This great rescue begins with the calling of a man f
 rom Ur to whom are given the promises that will change the world forever. 
 Join us on Sunday mornings\, beginning in August and continuing through De
 cember\, as we unpack the story of Abram/Abraham (Genesis 12-25) and disco
 ver how his journey sets the wheels in motion that will culminate in the c
 oming of Jesus. \nToday\, we will be studying Genesis 11:10 - 12:9\, titl
