The Clearview Market Square Site

The job of the large earth moving equipment is largely done on a commercial area planned for the new Clearview subdivision. Some 20 acres stand ready for construction crews to begin work next year on a variety of "junior box" business, and a major grocery store. The Red Deer Advocate reported on November 2, 2010 that Melcor Developments Ltd believes that work could start on three or four buildings in March 2011. A brochure published by Melcor shows 17 pad sites that are configured on a site shaped like a quarter circle. This will be a welcome amenity for the families living in nearby existing and growing communities who now have to drive some distance south or west to do their shopping or banking
